My favorite way to earn cash back with savings apps is stuff I would buy anyway. I have reviewed other cash back apps, but today I am going to talk about Drop.
How does Drop differ?
With Drop, you attach your credit and debit cards -- if you don't use a credit or debit card, you won't be able to get points back to spend. One great thing is this app CAN BE USED WITH OTHER CASH BACK APPS.
One thing I really like is it is a 'set it up and forget it' -- meaning that once I set it up I can leave it attached. Now, for some stores like Amazon, you have to go in on Tuesdays and see if you get one of the spots, but I've never had any trouble getting it when I go in. Also, on Tuesdays there is a spin game where you can earn more points.
How is drop the same?
You can earn points to get gift cards! I've redeemed for $100 Starbucks and I'm planning on redeeming for Walmart next! Some of the other places you can get gift cards to are Chilis, Burger King, Chipotle, Hulu, Door Dash, Target, Amazon, Dunkin, Apple, and more!
So how do *I* use Drop?
I set it up, and "drop" in once a week to get the spin and add any offers. Otherwise, it's just set it up and forget it.
