I remember when the Passion movement started.  A friend was able to be at one of the first events, and I was so jealous.  I was still in college, and it seems like a lifetime ago.  Passion is still putting on Christian events for college students, and they have almost become synonymous with fantastic praise and worship music which is then often embraced by churches.


I had the opportunity to review the newest album:  Passion: Salvation's Tide is Rising.  It doesn't even release on CD until the 29th, so in a moment you will have a chance to WIN one before you can buy one!  However, you can go ahead and purchase the album from iTunes.

It's hard to know what to say about this album.  It's by Passion.  Can they make anything but a good album?  It seems every one of them are so good, and this is no exception.  It's the same quality praise and worship music we have come to expect from them, and I know that these songs will become favorites on Sunday morning at churches all over the world.  Can you give any better accolades to an album than that?  I don't think so!

With artists like Chris Tomlin, Christy Nockles, and Matt Redman, I expect this will be a CD that I will have on 'repeat' in my car for most of this year.  This is a great album to listen to doing chores or during your time with God.
